During most of my working years, I was up at 3:30 in the morning and started my day at 5. I never drank coffee. Not sure why. About six years ago I became fascinated or obsessed with the science of coffee. I got my barista certificate a few years ago just for fun. This is my current home setup. I am very fortunate to be able to afford such beautiful gear, thanks in part to the great advice on this forum.
