I figured Real Estate would be a good part time gig in retirement. So far it's been great but this morning I have to go show a condo at 8:00am.
This has been the first time in several years I had to set my alarm clock.
If this keeps up it might start feeling like a job.

I have a RE license again, and used to show buyers around at very odd times. One time, even after midnight in a vacant home.

I find that the best place to use a RE license is in purchasing a property for yourself.

Good luck on the sale! It's always nice when that commission check comes in. Be sure to keep good business records and most of those commissions will be tax free due to business expenses.
