Yes, it happens to me. It's rather unsettling and my body jerks.

It's somewhat comforting to know it happens to other people as well.

I guess both names are used, who would ever think. Don't think I'll follow either on tour.

Glad there's a name for both experiences. Wish I didn't have the jerk, caused months of pain.
