I look at is a "fun but do not take it too seriously" article. I gave myself 12/20. There were a few I didn't give myself, but DW thought otherwise.
One attribute I thought should be there is "you like to solve problems". Maybe because I see that as a key factor in my career/salary advancement within the IT industry. Maybe that fall under being "open minded", in terms of looking at things from all angles to figure out a course of action.
