2020 Investment Performance Thread

Thought I would take a look today to see what my accounts are doing. From Jan. 1 till now I'm +.50 YTD. Now, looking at where the DOW was in Jan. 1 (28538 points) to July 10th (26075 points) I'm pleased with to see an above even mark so far this year.

Fidelity tells me that our IRAa returned +7.14% YTD. All non-IRA $ is in cash.

Fidelity tells me that our IRAs are 58% stock and is growth with income portfolio.

I am not happy with a couple of our stock holdings, may sell them and invest in those that I like better.

^ you have done well!
I'm close to 80% equity split up bonds and cash after that. It might not be good for others but for me, I'm pleased. This is all accounts and spending etc. at least I'm not in minus territory. LOL

US Balanced/Asset Allocation 60.81%
International Equity 39.19%

Personalized Rate Of Return
0.94%
since Jan. 01, 2020

That's an allocation from one 401K I hold. All the rest I'll look at on July 31.

Right now 45% Cash/MM 55% Individual corporate bonds/notes and CDs.

YTD : 8.26%
1 Year : 14.79%
3 years : 9.65%
5 years : 7.53%

I’ll lead off this month.

57/37/6 with underweight in tech is now up .5%

With all the upheaval this year I’m counting it as a win, so far.

With the run up in Apple today, we are up slightly since the market high in Feb.

Jan +1.12%
Feb -6.18% due to COVID-19 fear
Mar -18.25% COVID-19 triggers 3 circuit breakers and 2TT+ in stimulus. This time IS different.
Apr -6.10% Back to Feb levels. Wasn't as fortunate as Lord Ackman and his 2.6BB short. The world has changed.
May +.82% my city burns around me by way of rioters, but hey the folio turned pos again
June +4.3% For some reason I feel like this is where it 'should' be? I anticipate slower growth in the next 2 quarters. Remember the Tariffs?
July +13% Thanks to the AAPL 4:1 split, folio back at records.

Up 5.9% year to date, with a nominal 50/50 asset allocation. This includes all monetary accounts/mutual funds/bank savings/checking/etc. Set an all time high on July 31. Not saying the wh** word. :)

Up 2% YTD. I'm very happy to be where I'm at.

Jan: 9.4% YTD: 9.4%
Feb: -1.9% YTD: 7.4%
Mar: -9.9% YTD: -3.2%
Apr: 11.7% YTD: 8.1%
May: 20.2% YTD: 30.0%
Jun: 13.2% YTD: 47.2%
Jul: 6.4% YTD: 56.6%

95/5 allocation

Finally broke even this week after adjusting AA from 60/40 to 50/50 a couple of months ago. 0.63% YTD.

This is underperforming my benchmark which is (was) the Vanguard Lifestrategy Moderate fund (2.15%), but I'm good with that given the reallocation. Need to find another benchmark index fund that's running 50/50 instead of 60/40, anyone have suggestions?
