Just bought Quicken (Premier) and downloaded Vanguard acct info this morning. Didn't go back as far as I'd hoped, but OK. However, it missed one of my IRA's and my VBS investments. No tech support from VG until Monday, so I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows the fix. TIA...

It only goes back 18 months, is that why the investments were missing? You can enter them manually.

I always leave the date range alone -- it won't download transactions twice.

There are no other settings in Quicken besides your user name and password. If you can see those accounts when you log into Vanguard.com, Q should be able to download. If not, all the best with support :)

I don't give quicken my Vanguard password info. Instead I log onto Vanguard, and choose to download transactions. That causes Quicken to open and process the data.

AHA!!! That worked perfectly, and good advice, thanks...
