Odd thing, and I've sent them an email about it, but ...

We have a portion of our portfolio with Vanguard invested in their variable annuities.  Always pops up along with our 'taxable' portfolio on the web site.

Yesterday, no variable annuity data.  No notice, no explanation.  Just not there.  Odd.  Ever run into this?

Looking forward to finding out if my money made it with me into 2006.  ;)

Thanks, fire5soon ... I don't expect this to be a real problem, but it is irritating, and a bit unsettling at first.

It frustrates me that Vanguard and Fidelity treat variable annuities as poor stepchildren in their systems. Especially Fidelity. Vanguard has a very good web site generally. With Fidelity, I often feel as though I'm dealing with a dismal banking source like CitiStreet.

Happy new year.

I agree that Vanguard can be annoying at times... but with the few hundred $'s a year I'm saving in ER's with them I can stand a little annoying ;)
