60 Year Change in Personality?

Interesting, I've noticed I've changed a lot in the last year.
I'm not interested in working, and I used to enjoy work a lot and was the opposite of lazy.
I don't even want to do my tax return anymore, whereas before it was fun and exciting to squeeze out every penny.
I'm going on a cruise soon, and I've realized one of the highlights will be not having to cook a thing for a week !!!

I'm hoping I'm morphing into a lazy sloth instead of becoming depressed, or maybe it's just a phase ??

Yes taxes! They remind me so much of work! Even balancing the checkbook and doing my monthly update is a chore. When it is up there is some satisfaction.

I stopped rebalancing the check book last year in favor of just checking the accounts on the PC more often.

I have not changed in the 50 years since I finished basic training. I really grew up in the first few months in the army. I have been the same jerk ever since.
