ER App crash

I tried to access ER forum via the ER App installed on my mobile phone but it crashes at every attempt. Then I tried to log in using the ER link on Internet and even though I input a correct password, I could not go in. In the end I had to reset my password. Anyone experienced this? Should I log out of the installed App and re- install again?

What platform are you using? The app works fine for me on iOS.

My iPhone ap has crashed regularly the last few days. I tried restarting a few times, doesn't matter whether I use wifi or AT&T cell phone connection, as soon as I click on a post and it goes to 'loading' the ap crashes.

I am on iOS. What Yakers described was exactly what happened to me. Should I delete the App and reinstall?

I'm running iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 5. No issues here.

I have not experienced this problem with this app, but based on my iOS experience, two things that frequently help are

(1) closing the app (flicking it upward on iPad) and

(2) deleting and reinstalling the app.

Meadbh, tried (1) and does not help. Trying (2) - hope I don't get completely erased!
