For OP, it may help to look at duct replacement as a separate issue.

+1 We requested they break out the duct replacement as a separate cost. It was interesting to see the various costs. Almost double the price from the bottom quote to the top. And doing it that way allowed us to do pretty much an apples to apples comparison on the AC installation.
