Depends on what bit size you're using...Pretty common actually. The other day Home Depot advertised a sale on routers and the sales guy didn't know if it supported DHCP.
Well I'm glad I didn't get the extended warranty on the TV I bought at Circuit City, even after they cut the price a lot. I never never buy these things, but in a moment of weakness I got one last year for new printer I bought at CompUSA.
Yet another example on why one shouldn't buy insurance on things that you can easily afford to replace.
Maybe they weren't busy because others, like me, refused to shop there after they fired a bunch of better-paid employees to hire a bunch of flunkies at or near minimum wage.Too bad...
