Apple Air Tags

Does anyone here use them and if so what are your thoughts on their utility.

Quick Explanation.
For those who may not know, they are little circular devices about the size of a quarter you can attach to things that you might misplace or lose and they will alert your iPhone as to the location of the item.

I have two. One on the dog collar and one in my suitcase. My biggest disappointment is it's about 5-10 minutes before I get a notification that the airtag is no longer with me. By then the dog or the thief with my suitcase would be a long way off. Also they only update location if another Apple device is nearby. They are very easy to setup and use though
