Awh, thank you! It is a constant, and I mean CONSTANT challenge to keep it off. I think about calories at almost every meal and work out hard (I dance) 4x a week. I wish I were one of those people who were naturally thin, but nope, it's definitely work for me to get there and stay there.
I've been running 3x weekly and sticking to WW and today have lost 6 pounds in 5 weeks. That included a 10 day trip to Greece. I guess it's not so bad!
Sounds like you are doing fantastic!! Especially including travel - that is when I always gain weight. Keep the momentum goin'!
