I first saw this mentioned in the Blood Sugar Solution book by Dr Hyman, and also it is mentioned here as way to reduce blood sugar spikes after eating.

Has any one tried PGX?

This looks pretty good. I read a lot of positive reviews on Amazon. Dr. Oz likes it, etc.

I hate pills so I ordered the Slimstyles PGX granules.

Thanks for the mention. I had never heard of this stuff. Although I did read about glucomannan in Jeff O'Connell's Sugar Nation. That is a good book, incidentally. Jeff writes for many strength and health publications, and recently found out that he is prediabetic although he is 6'3" and 190#.

Just not true that you have to be fat to get diabetes.
