A Monday off is a good way to skip what I call "Sunday Stress Syndrome".
Also, I used to make a to do list that included errands, chores and creative projects for the weekend which was humanly impossible to complete. So by Sunday, I'd start stressing.
So I stopped making the list....
I still got about the same amount done as I had with "the list," but the Sunday Stress Syndrome lessened significantly.
