Talking about "it"

I always lie.

(ponder that statement for a moment).

(ok, stop pondering.  It's a paradox.)
I always tell the truth.
The sentence above is a lie. :)

I have noted you to make intelligent comments occasionally.  Maybe it was an accident.

Oh, you hurt!

Ha

Oh, I didn't mean too! :'(

You claimed not to be intelligent, and I tried to contradict you without being confrontational. ;)

Sheryl Honey, I was kidding. I like the back and forth. I should have put in the smiley to make it more clear.

Bye,
ha

Interesting. I left this topic alone for a few days to ferment and now it is a heady brew.

I guess I am ultra un-paranoid, because I don't care who reads my posts. Luckily the members of my family who are the most likely to sponge off of me are highly unlikely to be reading this forum. The porn content is too low to attract them.

If my details don't add up, it's because I'm math challanged, not mendacious.

It is really interesting and fun to read what people volunteer, and nice that some are willing to go "all the way" in revealing those juicy details. It helps me form an idea of what is possible and what isn't when it comes to my plans.

He called me "Honey" Huh huh (Beavis and Butthead sound here). :-*

I'd rather not have a friend or family member on here...kind of odd because sometimes I'd like to share some of the info with them.

I'm not too paranoid, but anyone paying attention knows what I'm worth (I used to be very vague about it but celebrated a milestone and spilled the beans), where I live, and if you've been paying attention for a long time you know what company I work for. You also know I use internet banking and Vanguard...possibly what car I drive, some of my personal tastes, etc.. Yes, I'm anonymous, but a surprising amount of genuine info can be gleaned, including my SS#. (Okay, maybe not that.)

I know computers quite well, and I feel relatively secure with my online banking and investing habits, although I'm tempted to disable net and phone access to my investments as I don't daytrade, but so far I haven't. (Um, I mean, yes I have, and I gambled all my money away and ruined my credit, quit my job, wrecked my car and moved to another planet. And I only know ugly diseased people.)

I don't mind sharing details anonymously, but if someone cared enough to dig I want to be sure they can't threaten my nest egg.

Hey, that's better than me. I only know ugly deceased people.

(On the plus side, they're good listeners...)
