3D Movie Glasses: What do folks do, who wear spectacles?

Do the 3D glasses at the movie theater fit over spectacles?

I wear contacts so it's not a problem, but my husband is stuck with specs [typical remark: "I only use them for seeing."]

The 3D glasses are oversized and fit fine over glasses.

No problems when I saw Avatar. The 3-D specs fit fine over my glasses and I enjoyed the movie very much. BTW, I got new glasses recently and DH said they look like Sarah P's. I've nearly recovered from the shock with the support of my friends here. You know who you are
