You could always post a photo of yourself and give them something to strive for.

I'm a tall scrawny dude, more of the snake swallowed a basketball shape. No chance I'd keep up with any of the workers pictured. I used to have a guy working with me who was pretty much the late 1930's body shape and size. Not a whiz in the brains region but a hard hard worker. Might have tipped the scales at 140, but it was amazing what he could hump. Tough sumbitch.
