If you know what this is about, you're most likely a foodie, please vote. If you don't, it's not worth getting up to speed just to vote. However, if you Google their names together...again, not suggesting you need to.
I've eaten at both their restaurants (Chez Panisse & Les Halles), neither has cooked in either for most of the last 10 to 20 years. They are both excellent, but not competitors, and not even targeting the same price points. Their food philosophies are not the same.
