I feel the same way. As an engineer I can't help but shake my head sometimes at the decisions they make and the way they go about things. "Bering Sea Gold" is another show I like to watch but also has its share of idiots.

Looks like Big Bang theory is popular among the forum. I watch that, but beyond that mostly old sitcoms in the Me channel, Fox business channel and sometimes Fox News. I get 100s of channels but I don't find much of interest. I could easily get by without TV, and when I called my cable company to cancel it they offered to cut my bill by 40% so I kept it for now.

We watch a lot of TV, particularly in the winter, mostly off the DVR at night (other than news which we watch live)

My favorites include (in no particular order): Scandal, Person of Interest, Last Resort, Nashville, Covert Affairs, American Idol, Revolution, Castle, The Good Wife, NCIS, NCIS-Los Angeles, Major Crimes, Royal Pains, Suits, Necessary Roughness, Political Animals, Fairly Legal, Common Law, Two and a Half Men

Good Wife
Revenge
CSI (Vegas)

But the only show I really get into is Good Wife.

There seems to be nothing on TV anymore that I enjoy. (The ones I like get cancelled within a season or two...)

(2) Monday Night Football
(3) Thursday Night Football
(4) FOX News (if it doesn't conflict with a football game)

I think you stole my set list! Although I think I will add Pickers to the list. Watched it a few times and enjoy watching their finds.

I'm surprised more don't watch Downtown Abbey. Big Bang Theory seems to be the number one choice.

Walking Dead is my current obsession and I can't wait to see the second season of the Game of Thrones.

Yes I am totally addicted to TCM. Their host segments, vignettes and promos are well done - "pure class" as Edward G. Robinson might say...

I don't watch much TV. However, I sometimes watch MSNBC's news programs. I like the Chris Matthew's show.
