Target has a 10% off sale this week on T-moble phone cards.

http://weeklyad.target.com

click on " electronics "

The Nokia 6010 " T-moble to go " phone is $35 without requiring a rebate.

Ebay has a 1000 minute phone card for home use for $17.95 which is 1.8 cents a minute. The card is good for 6 months & has NO other charges.

I think all their coupons are expired now, but try these

paymecell
payme20
payme25
refill3 (3% disc)
refill5 (5% disc)
refill7 (7% disc)

at www.cheapphonecards.com

Refill7 and quepasa codes both reduce the cost of the $100 card by $2.85, along with the $5 discount they already have, giving you the card for ~$92. Not bad. No tax or shipping costs, they email you the pins right away.

Thanks for all the feedback. Target looks like a good deal but I am sure is subject to sales taxes. So $92 is probably the best deal.
