I watched this short video partly because Airbnb has been mentioned in this forum.

This Airbnb company profile was kind of interesting to me:

I've never used AirBnB but I've been interested in it both as potential lodging when traveling and for the possibility of making some extra money when ER. However, I remember hearing a story on NPR about a fellow who ran afoul of local laws and is potentially on the hook for 30k in fines after renting his place on AirBNB.
