Maybe this is a better place to put this instead of "what did you do today". My daughter and a friend are in Wyoming for a very quick long weekend trip. Yesterday they visited Old Faithful at Yellowstone. We communicated via text msg then I snapped a picture of them via a Yellowstone webcam...it was fun.

Not that you can really see us, but here's a shot of me and my wife in Tulum, Mexico earlier this year. FYI - Tulum is one of the most amazing beaches that I've had the good fortune of visiting. It's a must see while in the Yucatan.

1967. The first Mustang came out in 1964 as a 1965 model. Those were the days...:)

That was my first car, the 64.5 Mustang. 170 Cubic Inch engine, 3 on the floor. Had 150K miles on it when I bought it in 1970. A total POS. But my POS. :D I loved it. I may have a pic in a box somewhere, but no guarantees. I'll have to look.

My first college boyfriend had the 64.5 Mustang, in 1966 when we met. It sure impressed me. It was a beautiful ivory colored convertible, shiny and new.

He even continued to date me after I threw up copiously all over its beautiful interior one afternoon...

That is definitely indicative of his finer qualities, W2R! :D
Dang, and all DH had in his youth was a bitchin' Camaro. Way too redneck for me, good thing it was long gone by the time we met. However he took pains to tell me it was a 1974 Z28 with blah blah blah blah.

I bought the '67 in 1969. It had 18K miles and I negotiated hard to get the price down to $1,300. It was also a 3 on the floor but had the 289 V8.

That's a really great picture, Khan! Something about the light is haunting. Are you involved in the Beagle Project? I read about it a couple of years ago, thought it sounded pretty neat.

About 7AM.

Bright sunlight and close camera focus and 60 years old is not forgiving.

That shot was posed on a deadfall from Hurricane Ike incursion into Ohio 14 Sep 2008.

Only involved as a friend who orders some merchandise.

Today, after playing tennis with a good friend of mine. (he lets me win occaisionally).
