Mackerel,its whats for dinner

I want to thank all of you who raved about canned fish.
I am now eating sardines.
Yummy.

Good choice. One of the anti inflammation foods. Try it with red onion.
 
I eat a tin of sardines once a week, slathered with mustard or sometimes Sriracha. They're great with a bowl of miso or chicken noodle soup.
