I drink Muscle Milk powder and Premium Protein powder. I shake in a blender with skimmed milk.

There are so many protein powders to choose from that it can be overwhelming choices to try.

I went with the first one recommended to me (Gold 100% whey powder - double chocolate) by my 21 year old nephew?

Today, someone told me to try the best protein powder? protein er called 1st Phorm (watermelon flavor)?

I am willing to try others at some point.
