Information about Apartment in Oklahoma City

My nephew is going to move to Oklahoma City working in St. Anthony Hospital. He needs to find apartment within 5 to 15 mile circle. If you live in Oklahoma City, can you please suggest a good and safe area to find apartment. He can afford to spend $900 +/- $100. If you know the specific names, it will make things easy for him.
