Good link.
It was so frustrating at work to have co workers come in ill, spreading their germs to other staff and to clients!
I get that folks might want to "save" their sick days, and as a manager, it was no fun reconfiguring staffing to cover, but having one person out rather than a whole team, is much more manageable .
