One more idea- call your internet provider, and tell them you are having intermittent internet problems. Ask them to check the signal levels on their end. They should be able to test it online, and if they find a problem they'll need to send a tech out to correct it. I support internet access for a dozen church buildings spread across a large area, and this has been a problem several times (and we found another case yesterday).
