Thinks s/he gets paid by the post
So sorry for your loss, Cindy.
And for all the others.
And for all the others.
My dad is in a nursing home and I haven't seen him since last summer. It is rough.
My dad passed away today, complications of covid. He was 89. It was a good thing for him, really...it's just that it's so hard on the rest of us...sigh...
Alan what is the latest on your sister and her DH, I hope that news is good..
Thanks for asking.
My sister who lives near me has been back at work 2 weeks now, as has her husband, and she texted me yesterday morning to say this is the first time she has woken up with no backache so considers herself now fully recovered. Her immediate symptoms on day 1 had been a terrible backache caused by inflammation of the lungs so she had been sleeping propped up with pillows to ease the pain. Her husband has also been back at work for 2 weeks and is also fully recovered - I talked with him on Saturday.
The sister who lives 35 miles away went back to work today so I will check in with her tonight to see how the first day back went, but yesterday she said she was feeling loads better. Her husband is also well on the way to recovery.
Well just heard my cousin working in HC in the UK has a positive COVID test. She had her first Covid vaccination (I don't know which type) about 10 days ago.
She got put into isolation for 10 days, I don't know if she will get retested sooner. Wondering if it's a false positive. So far feels good just bothered by having to quarantine . From what Alan posted they are running tests on all NHS workers.
