This has made me realize how prosperity distorts our perception of a quality life. I think that managing our expectations may be a bigger challenge than most budgetary issues turn out to be. If not, there is always YellowTail.
Even though prosperity may improve quality of life (life style and the physical conditions in which people live), it does not buy us happiness since we continue to want more and more. Our quality of life may suffer if we can continue to take on more debts.
