Wandering afield, per normal. So in the ongoing search of odd but somewhat attractive places I found this. Have to wonder - is the inhabitant used to prison cells? Plans to lock
people up in behind the interior commercial steel doors with deadbolts? Maybe they are of the werewolf persuasion and lock themselves in.. No interior light? Whats that about?

Of course they have commercial dead bolts and wire over the windows. How else are they going to keep the zombies out? :crazy:
 
Well over 40% of projected "NW" as defined here. Caveats: I'll have a pension which accounts for roughly half of our annual spend, and we live in southern California so home value is silly.
 
I like to think my house is worth $500K because that's what I've put into it over 30 years, but realistically it is probably closer to $350K which puts me at 17.5%. Mortgage is paid off but I still have a HELOC of about $75K.
 
Using the OP's formula, we are at 19%. Not too bad since we will have pension income that I am not counting in my net worth.
