So even if we’re in a recession, the market could anticipate recovery in 2024… so based on this…4545.

It would be awesome if your prediction turned out to be accurate. A 15% jump seems optimistic though. A range of 4% to 7% seems more realistic.

^^^^+1. I think that’s why I’ve seen a number of duplexes and multiunits for sale in my neighborhood. Landlords cashing out to simply buy a bond that probably nets close to rent.
