Seven-year average percentage growth

Retire 44 months, averaging 7.56% annual growth.

I keep track of our spending and our assets on a monthly basis using an excel spreadsheet. We have been retired for 44 months and have an average annual growth of 7.56% over those 44 months. This includes our withdraws to live on, since neither of us have a pension at the moment (they start when we turn 65) nor social security. We have been living entirely on funds in our taxable brokerage account.

I just checked since I been ER for 8 years now and still averaging ~10% a year, up just a hair from a year ago. Over the 8 years in ER I'm up 80%.
