Anyone else get dizzy in the shower? It only happens now and then usually when I move my neck wrong (I have some disk problems and a sudden move bring on some nausea/dizzinees.) It happens now and then in other places but somehow I feel like I will drown myself there - which really is not very likely the water would run down the drain after all -
How to I manage to make sure I don't hurt myself. when this happens again. Yes I grabbed at the wall but the dizziness makes it feel not reassuring even though logically I know it will pass.
I tried getting my head down below my knees but getting up fast makes me dizzy too (low blood pressure) so I think i need a new idea. Lucky for me it only happens every few months but still I would prefer to remain upright and safe.
It seems like a shower chair would sort of be in the way since i cannot see using it 99% of the time. And my tiny cheap tub would not really lend itself to a built in thing i could sit down on in emergency.
Note to self: grabbing the shower curtain doesn't work either.
