USAA now in ETF biz

USAA recently announced that it was transferring all of it's Mutual Fund business to Victory in Ohio. Now, oddly, they are announcing a new ETF offering for it's members. I'm sure that it will make sense to someone, but not me.

Our team has come together to bring you ETFs made the USAA way. We've taken our industry experience and used market observations to bring you ETFs designed to help strengthen your portfolio.
