SoftBank nears deal to invest $3 billion in U.S. startup WeWork: CNBC

For young people who don't care about proper seating and who don't use Internet Explorer.

Does this look right in IE to any of you?

It looks good on Firefox. I don't use IE anymore.

What you are missing is a bunch of pictures of under 30 people hanging out in a co-working environment. Most sitting on couches, slumped over end tables, playing games, etc. You know, the cool stuff. Meanwhile, the ergo people are going crazy. I see this at megacorp. There's a real tension between the ergo experts, and the "get young people here."

The ergo people have power -- the power of lawyers -- behind them. But recruiting wants to be "cool" and hates the stodgy ergo nuts.

Co-working is another issue all together. However, it usually comes with hipster-millennial accommodations.

My prediction: In about 10 years, there will be all sorts of lawsuits that will drive these spaces back to good old desks and chairs. The xrays of their backs will be as about jumbled as your IE screenshot of the site.

Like smokers, there's going to be a lot of regret of earlier years. This time it will be: "Remember when we hung out on the couch at work trying to read our laptops? Yeah, that cost me a few surgeries."

Meanwhile, I do think co-working will last and grow.
