What is your HR experience?

We often laughed at the stoopidity, ahem, got to fill in the proper rubrik HR mentality. We often recited "stoopid is as stoopid does"

In all my jobs, the only time I ever dealt with HR was the day I started and the day I left. I suspect that experience is fairly common.
