Lately I switched to fat free. Really do miss whole milk though. Did it for cholesterol reasons.

Whole milk, though I don't drink a lot of it. Most of the milk I consume has been fermented to become yogurt or cheese. As I grow older the need for adequate amounts of high quality protein and calcium grows larger.
I never figured out how to milk an almond, cashew, soy bean, oat, etc.
