I never bothered to change the time on my work phone, also just left it wrong half of the year. My replacement went nuts, said she couldn't stand it, stopped everything to change the clock to PDT. And then went back to complaining there wasn't enough time to learn her new job.

I used to have what I called my "going home" clock. I kept it set 15 minutes fast. Mostly a joke, because I w*rked long and odd hours. But when I go back to visit I notice that my (now second) replacement still has my clock, and it's still set 15 minutes ahead. And it does get changed for DST.
