Service providers - the good the bad and the ugly

Verizon Wireless was a nightmare ... needed to put our account in DW name to take advantage of a discount she qualified for. Phoned into customer support three times ... no one was capable. Went to one store siad they couldn't do it ... but you can go the "bigger" store and they can. Spent the ENTIRE DAY at the "big" store. 1.5 hour wait to see someone followed by 5 hours working with them ... amazing!

BOA has been EXCELLENT ... every dispute (wrong checks mailed, deposit lost in an ATM, random fees charged) is immediately resolved in my favor while they research it (like the lost deposit). Then a letter is sent explaining what they found ... if needed.
