Thanks for sharing this. We have made biking a big part of our retired (pre-retired) life. We leave for our next big trip at the end of the month.
It was great to see the couple are Warm Shower hosts. It has been an incredible opportunity for us to participate as guests and host in WS for so many reasons. Just yesterday, we hosted a college student cycling across several states on her way to a summer job.
Cycle touring is a wonderful way to see the world for short or long trips. I know we are very happy that it is one of our approaches for vacations.
