Queens botanical gardens in ny

we dont shoot much in the way of flowers but with it being fall and all we went to the local botanical gardens.
i used the nikon d300 with tamaron 90mm macro, marilyn used the d80 and her standard 18-200mm

Lovely photos. I lived in Bayside, Queens for a time but never knew that Queens had a botanic garden. I have some black and white photos taken during a visit to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden when my son was a tyke(25 years ago or so), still in a stroller. He and I are feeding a flock of pigeons...what my husband liked to call flying urban rats.
