Speaking of clamps, what are your favorites? Love my Bessie parallels for glue ups. Jorgensen pistol grips are great too.

Working on my miter saw station cabinets this week. I'll post them when done. Here's the only before pic of the area I'm working on. Quite embarrassing...

Did my least favorite thing (wall tile), a bunch more closets and a little organization for the DW's cookie sheets and chopping boards. Too busy for me, so I am doing something "for the biz" this week.

Yeah what I thought was interesting was the aviary above that also used corrugated panels for the roof.
Great builders think alike. [emoji3]

It's a super easy solution when you don't need a load bearing roof deck.

you don't re-do corrugated panels or metal roofs in general. I prefer that.

When we built that boat, the guy next to us in the class was building a canoe. These kits are very nice and use high quality wood.

Here's my large clamp rack, love the Bessey parallel clamps, have 12 of them, 4 different sizes, definitely my go to clamp. Couldn't get the clamp photos rotated correctly but you get the idea. Shown is the cabinet I made for my table saw, it's a Delta contractor saw with an after market Vega fence, router extension table, sitting on heavy duty wheels so I can roll it around my garage floor easy. Not really new, I've had this stuff for over 20 years.

Seriously, I have a few, but I continue to add to my collection. Clamps are always a good investment, even if you are a casual builder.

That's a legit saw router combo. Very nice. Got the structure done on the miter station. Just lots of drawers to make.

These posts gave me incentive to organize my clamps today. I have few more parallel clamps that didn’t make the pic. Looking to get a couple more 6” c clamps and 2 more 12” Bessey clamps.

Got all the doors & trash bin installed... White oak pulls.

8'+ on both sides of the chop saw is a good addition.

I didn't make them, but I snatched up a couple of these beauties and thinking about adding a leather seat to them. They are solid, quartersawn white oar in excellent condition. Didn't even haggle her down from $85 for the both of them... BTD baby!

A local was moving to Durango and said they didn't go with the new home... Score!

That's what I thought when I saw them. More surprised when they were solid and not veneers. She was afraid people thought they were imperfections in the wood. They were almost new quality...

DW said we don't have room for them (she's out of town). Bought them anyway. She'll come around...

I've inspected many millions of feet of white oak that's some of the most pronounced examples of medullary rays I've seen.

Beautiful job, as always, Surewhitey. And practical. Here’s some food for thought. If you could make that chopsaw shelf removable, you could slide the whole saw unit out, flip it over and let the saw dangle upside down, giving you a clear work space up top when you want that.

I thought the same. Someone had a good eye and it's in every pc, not just a couple of spots.
