I want some of whatever they gave to Mahomes at half-time.
Only problem is that I'm not an Eagles fan.
...They took care of the pain in Mahomes ankle at half time, after the game was over, he would not have noticed it.
True, but in that case it wasn't that close. I was in a room of 10 people none of whom are Eagles or Chiefs fans and even when it was called a completed pass and fumble on the field nobody believed it was really a completed pass.Yeah, when it's that close, they usually stick with the initial ruling on the field.
Fortunately, it ended up not mattering.
True, and the Chiefs offense made the Eagles defense look inept on the two blown coverage plays in the red zone that resulted in touchdowns during the 4th quarter.Philly had no answer to KC's offense in 2nd half til then if the penalty wasn't called.
No... that was definitely NOT a catch, therefore not a defensive touchdown. But the defensive holding call was bogus.
Woah! What a game!!!! Yay Chiefs!!!
And I was very disappointed Dak got booed when he got his award. Who does that?!?!

I was surprised that after the Chiefs scored there TD to go up by 7, they then decided to go for the extra point to go up by 8 instead of trying a 2 to go up by 9 to make it a two score game and pretty much seal the game right there.
Sure, the thinking might've been if they miss the 2 then Eagles can get a TD and 2 pt to take the lead. But I think there was more pros in trying to make it a two score game.
... Best commercial was not the ones being talked about, it was the pickup truck EV with extended range being pitched in the tone of ED meds, from the ashamed older man standing with his wife saying he had been afraid he wouldn't have the power, to the guy with the broken fishing pole to the wife saying she didn't like to start-stop, start-stop, start-stop, while her husband hung his head. I went back and replayed twice, laughing louder each time.
Bradley Cooper, nine-time Oscar nominee, and his mom Gloria, his reliable Oscars date, starred in an adorable ad for T-Mobile during Super Bowl 2023.
From the jump, it's clear this is Gloria's ad. Cooper is dressed as a T-Mobile employee and Gloria immediately hits him with a "I don't like the way you look." Now this is A Star is Born.
Gloria continues to lovingly take jabs at her incredibly successful son, who reminds her that he's been "nominated nine times."
"Yeah, but you never won any!" she retorts
Agreed. I would have tried to go up 2 scores, had the game gone the other way, this decision would have been second-guessed.
Whoever does the field should be fired, watched players slipping and sliding the whole game. Lucky that there weren't any key injuries directly due to it.
