Anyone else having problems getting into BofA's Bill Pay online menus the past few days? I can get anywhere else in our online account, but not the Bill Pay function. I attempted to try and reach someone at customer support this morning. After waiting 20 minutes, I got someone who talked with me for about 5 minutes, then forwarded me to technical support. After being on hold for another 10 minutes, I gave up as I had errands to run. I'm hoping someone has some information on this before I attempt to contact BofA tomorrow.
