How do you create a Facebook group?

I don't mean a personal account page, but a page for a club or group.

I've been trying to create such a group for my local astronomy club, but Facebook's instructions are wrong. They say to click on a "+"(plus sign) in the upper right corner of any FB page, but there is no such thing.

To create a group:
Click in the top right of Facebook and select Group.
Enter your group name.
Select the privacy option. If you selected private, select whether to make your group visible or hidden.
Add people to your group.
Click Create.
Once you create your group, you personalize it by uploading a cover photo and adding a description.

Instructions will vary depending on where you are viewing Facebook... on your phone, on a tablet, from your computer, etc.

Thank you for the quick reply. Is there a specific icon to click? Just clicking in the "upper right" doesn't make sense.

On My browser, the 4th icon to the left on the right has 9 dots (3 on 3 rows). Click it, then click on Groups

To the right of your name is the menu 3 dots x 3 dots, click-create-group-preview screen opens and to the left side fill in name group-select privacy options-invite friends (optional)
