3 I am aware that 800#s for credit cards often don't work from overseas and those card typically provide another local (? to US) number and ask you to call them collect. If you had a phone card, I assume you could call some number and then dial the 800# from overseas?? (any 800#, not necessarily the bank). Any thing you have to be aware of? overseas country-dependent?
