I grew up one town over from Washington.

Our prayers are with those families who lost loved ones and with all who have to rebuild.

Missed us by 4 miles. Had some hail, high winds, power outage, debris and a lot of noise at our place. Some friends had their windows blown out and roof picked up and set back down

Toured the Coal City/ Diamond Illinois tornado path. I didn't photo any housing damage, but here's what tornadoes do to RV's. Other parts of the sales yard had RV's stacked on each other, some wrapped with downed power lines.

Our power was out for 6 hours. Nothing to do during the worst of it so we decided to take a nap. We were fortunate we only had some trees come down. Can not imagine what 200 mph winds were like in the recent typhoon.
