Why is it a slow news day? Isn't the weather considerably improved most everywhere? Aren't people getting out and doing stuff?

Over... but probably should be under. Our dog thinks he's a cat and likes to pull the paper off the roll... and often eats it. We usually keep the bathroom doors mostly closed so we can maintain our all-important over status without finding streams of paper down the hallway.
