Sams Club Liberty Hearing Aids

Time for DH to finally move to a set of hearing aids (and he agrees). Wondering if anyone has used the Liberty Hearing aids from Sam's club, and if so what your experience has been. Don't have Costco, so not an option for us.

Considering the cost of hearing aids, it could easily be worth it to buy a Costco membership if their hearing aids are considered better or cheaper.

Could be there is not a Costco in their area? We didn't have one up until three years ago but we had a Sam's Club one mile away.

I researched Costco's hearing aids several years back and learned that their Kirkland Signature hearing aids were Resound Airs with a private label at half the price. I found some sort of online forum with a lot of detailed information. I can't remember what the name of the forum was but a quick look found this thread about Liberties. Doesn't sound good. It isn't the same forum I found years back so probably worth looking further.
